Bringing together the three novels and two ‘Interludes’ for the first time under the title ‘The Forsyte Saga’, originally published as The Man of Property (1906), Indian Summer of a Forsyte (1918), In Chancery (1920), Awakening (1920), and To Let (1921), together with an introductory essay by Galsworthy. First edition, first issue with ‘or’ for ‘of’ on line 2 of page 141, and the folding genealogical chart opening to the right (later issues open to the left).
