A superior example of this lovely book, scarce in such nice condition. Illustrated 32 woodcut in-text drawings, illustrated title page and two full page schematics of yachts, to the rear is a fifteen page appendix of
Principal Terms Used in Yacht Sailing and twenty pages of wonderful yachting advertisements.
  Provenance: a certain ‘D. N.’ of the yacht “Ruby”, with their contemporary handwriting to the front pastedown, sadly half removed by later owner.
